Baroque: you can have it...

Protagonist from Baroque.

Baroque means distorted pearl and refers to the sort of "soul" of a being... I'm assuming. I'm not sure what it is exactly.

I had no life in Algebra, so I drew this. I don't know WHY Baroque jumped into my head, but it did. And then I drew it. Without any references. So his clothes look awkward... orz... I'm sorry... And his sword was made up too, just because I had no reference pictures. And I know, the swords from Baroque look like clubs made from gray Lego pieces, but bear with me... And yes, I made his Angelic Rifle a bit small... but I completely forgot its existance until after I finished inking, so I had to work around what I already had.

And yes, I know he's mute... And I really can't picture him smiling in real life, but I was bored and forgot that he was mute.

My art teacher tells me that symmetrical art pieces almost never come out looking good, so he wants me to stop using it and use the rule of thirds. Pfft... he acts like I don't know what the rule of thirds is... I just like using symmetry. Especially for pieces like this which is supposed to be up-front and blunt. Lol orz

This was just to play with my photoshop... it's still spazzy and freezes up whenever I try to blend the colors. Which explains the cell coloring. It's so ugly. I'm sorry to those of you I promised colored pictures... it's going to take a while... orz... I'm sorry...
